Branding and promotional materials

We’re keen for as many organisations as possible to get involved and run Time to Change campaigns and events locally.  To help with this, during campaign bursts we provide free materials for you to order.

We’re always keen to hear from you about work you’re doing to support Time to Change, so that we can profile this on our website and in our newsletters and other publications.  We’re also always on the lookout for good quality, high resolution photos of Time to Change activity, so do send us these – make sure you have permission of the people in the photos for us to use them though.  Please send images to Kate Stringer, Communications Officer.

We also have some guidelines around use of our logo and artwork in your own work, that we hope might help you.

Using the Time to Change logo on your own materials
A special version of our logo is available for you to use on your own materials that are not funded or produced by Time to Change but wish to express their support.

This differentiates materials produced by Time to Change from those produced independently by third parties.

You can use this logo on your organisation’s materials such as websites, email signatures, postcards, flyers, and posters.

You can download this logo here, but please send materials using this logo to Kate Stringer for final approval, before going to print or publishing it.

Use of tailored Time to Change advertising or materials locally
If your organisation has funds to invest in running parts of Time to Change, such as local advertising, there are some guidelines around how you can tailor our artwork to add your own logo:

  • The format, images and text on our artwork should always remain the same, along with the layout of the Time to Change logos, and our partner and funder logos.
  • Your own organisation’s logo can be added to the strip of partner and funder logos, as in this example.  It should be positioned between the Rethink and Big Lottery Fund logos and should not be proportionally larger than the other partner and funder logos.

For further information around using the existing Time to Change advertising creative or collateral (to see what is available go to the online ordering page) please contact Kate Stringer, Social Marketing Manager.

Approval
All changes to Time to Change materials should be approved by Kate Stringer, Communications Officer on behalf of Time to Change and its partners and funders.

Please note that no third parties should use the Time to Change or funder and partner logos for commercial gain; and third parties should follow these guidelines carefully, and seek approval from Time to Change,  to ensure that they do not misrepresent their association with Time to Change, its funders or its partners.
